Function and Applications
SMARTfloor is an interactive sensor floor that brings computer science lessons to life. The system detects the learner's movements, allowing them to control a wide range of applications by hopping, jumping or tapping, for example. SMARTfloor enables learners to physically experience their own programming, thereby multiplying the learning effect many times over!
SMARTfloor Mobile consists of a sensor floor and a chassis. The sensor floor can be easily lifted out of the stand by two people and placed anywhere on the floor. 16 high-precision sensor fields ensure an optimal playing experience, protected by a scratch-resistant and shatterproof acrylic glass panel for maximum durability. A universal keyboard layout, consisting of numbers, colors, arrows and additional keys, ensures the greatest possible flexibility for input options.
In addition to a holder for the sensor floor, all other components, such as the TV and the SMARTfloor PlayBox, are integrated into the SMARTfloor Mobile chassis. Four smooth-running wheels allow SMARTfloor Mobile to be moved quickly and effortlessly from room to room.
