The brand-new microscopes in the BlueScope series are designed for education, universities and small laboratories. These microscopes are equipped with a swivelling head that can be adjusted to two different heights and a rackless stage for safety and ergonomics

EYEPIECES
Wide-field WF 10x/20 mm fixed eyepieces.
The eyepiece on monocular models is fitted with a pointer
HEAD
- Monocular models with a 45° inclined tube
- Binocular and trinocular models have a 30° inclined tube, an adjustable interpupillary distance between 48 and 75 mm and a dioptre adjustment of ±5 on the left tube
- All heads are rotatable through 360°. The trinocular head has a fixed beam splitter (50:50) and produces an upright image
- The BlueScope can also be supplied with a discussion head
- Models with an integrated 5.0 MP CMOS camera, a 7" LCD screen or tablet are available
REVOLVER
Inverted quadruple revolver on ball bearings
OBJECTIVES - 45 MM PARFOCAL
- All models are supplied with Semi Plan 4x/0.10, 10x/0.25 and S40x/0.65 objectives
- The S40x, S60x (optional) and S100x (optional) lenses are fitted with a front lens suspension
- All optics are treated against mould and feature an anti-reflection coating for maximum light transmission
FOCUSING
- Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment with 100 graduations
- Precision: 2 μm per graduation, 0.2 mm per rotation
- The total range is approximately 10 mm
- Supplied with an adjustable table height lock to prevent damage to the specimen and objectives
- Improved coarse and fine adjustment, equipped with tension control
- With quick focus aid for easily locating the focus area of the specimens
STAGE
Rackless 140 x 135 mm stage with mechanical 70 x 50 mm X-Y translation stage
CONDENSER
Colour-coded, height-adjustable Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25, with iris diaphragm and filter holder
KÖHLER ILLUMINATION
Köhler illumination ensures the highest possible contrast and maximum resolving power. It provides uniform illumination of the specimen and eliminates all interference from dust on the lenses and lateral glare from the light source
DUAL ILLUMINATION SYSTEM
- White LED: 6000 – 6500 K, white 3 W LED™. Ideal for standard observations with bright, cool illumination
- Halogen-coloured LED: 3000 – 3200 K 3 W NeoLED™. Enhances contrast for specific applications, such as transparent objects
QUICK-FOCUS AID
The BlueScope is equipped with a quick-focus aid
ANTI-THEFT SLOT
A Kensington security slot is located at the rear of the microscope, allowing the instrument to be secured against theft
